I knew I wanted to downsize from my current home, so the size was perfect, as well as the layout I saw. I also loved the location of the condo in Eastie. I loved the finishes and the natural light. The roof deck was the true selling point!

For work or going out, access to Boston is great! Longest commute with traffic to Boston office has been 30 minutes (during rush hour)

I first visited in the very early stages of construction. I loved the location - lots of great restaurants, the beach, the park and the T all so close. I loved John’s energy and vision for the space. Everytime I came back to look at the progress, I fell more in love and couldn’t be happier with the finished product.
Very well - everyone has been super responsive and helpful (developer, contractor, leasing agents, property management).
Renegades/Luna’s/Angela’s - some of my favorite spots I’ve been to so far - great food/drinks/environment. Looking forward to doing lots more exploring as the weather gets nicer.
Yes, I work in Back Bay and typically go out in the city often. Very accessible - quick uber ride and T is 3 minute walk from the condo.
Yes, looking forward to spending a lot of time there this summer - getting sun on the weekends and relaxing during the week after work.

Luna’s is a breakfast-through-dinner hangout with coffee bar & kitchen offering Italian & Latin cuisine.
La Luna is the only restaurant in East Boston serving both Latin and Italian food in the same place. It’s a little strange, just like the juxtaposition of Venetian and solar system paintings on the wall. As a general rule, stick with the Latin dishes like the arepa and tacos - because if you want Italian food, there are better places like Mario’s down the street.

In the time of coronavirus, when many traditional spaces in the city shut down this socially distanced activity is more attractive than ever. The Porrazzo Skating Rink - Public ice skating arena. This rink is a busy place, home to the Middlesex Icemen, Ravagno Hockey Club, East Boston High School, MA Broomball, and many fun hockey leagues. You don’t have to be an advanced skater to have fun here. They offer greatest opportunities to learn how to skate and public skate times. Public skating will reopen for business in December.
Located at 61 Bayswater Street, the Orient Heights Yacht Club is the oldest incorporated yacht club in Massachusetts. It sits on the north banks of Winthrop Harbor overlooking the airport with beautiful views of downtown Boston.
For over a century the East Boston’s Orient Heights Yacht Club was a meeting place for club members and for community members alike. Many club events, neighborhood BBQ's, and Blessing of the Fleet celebrations were held there. For many people the clubhouse was like a second home, a place to socialize, boat, and enjoy the company of friends.
The club was closed for five years after an electrical fire April 8, 2000, but reopened in February of 2005. Today the club has approximately 250 members and many monthly events

If you’re looking to get out of the neighborhood, you’re just a quick 15 minute trip via public transit to Rino’s Place or 18 minutes to Santarpio’s.
