Life at The Tess - A Second Residents Point of View
/We are excited to delve a little bit into some of our resident’s favorite things about living at The Tess in Orient Heights.
When you first visited The Tess, what was it that made you fall in love with the property and made you know you wanted to call it your home?
I knew I wanted to downsize from my current home, so the size was perfect, as well as the layout I saw. I also loved the location of the condo in Eastie. I loved the finishes and the natural light. The roof deck was the true selling point!
After moving in, how well have any issues you’ve run into been handled?
Still being addressed, but John is working on it. Almost all issues are resolved.
After spending some time in Orient Heights, where are some of your favorite places to go out, and why?
Lunas - staff is super sweet; food is good and it’s convenient to pick up.
Mi Pueblito - convenient to walk there and food is great
Do you spend time in the city? How have you found the accessibility to Boston?
For work or going out, access to Boston is great! Longest commute with traffic to Boston office has been 30 minutes (during rush hour)
Have you been over to constitution beach? What are your favorite things to do (or plan on doing this summer) there?
I have not. Probably won’t as I am not a beach person.
What would you want anyone to know about The Tess if they are considering making it there home?
You won’t regret it! Everyone in building is nice. You’ll never feel alone!
